KalshiBTC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Kalshi Bot trading dashboard at kalshibtc.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: Your email address and a hashed (bcrypt) password when you register.
• Kalshi API credentials: Your Kalshi API key and private key, stored encrypted at rest using AES-128 (Fernet). They are decrypted only in memory when the bot is actively running and are never transmitted to third parties.
• Trade logs: Records of orders placed through your account (ticker, side, price, PnL) stored locally on our server for your analytics dashboard. These are never sold or shared.
• Payment data: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment details. We receive only subscription status and a Stripe customer ID.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and operate your bot instance.
• To display your trade history and analytics on the dashboard.
• To manage your subscription status via Stripe.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party except Stripe (for billing) and Kalshi (via their API, using your own credentials).

3. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored on a private server. API credentials are encrypted before being written to disk.
• Connections to this site use HTTPS (TLS) via Cloudflare.
• We do not log raw API keys or private keys at any point.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing kalshibtc@gmail.com. Trade logs are deleted within 30 days of account removal.

5. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Kalshi — prediction market exchange. Subject to Kalshi's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — DNS and tunnel proxy. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies are used.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
